COMPANY REBRAND

hirexe → attain - same company, new brand + second product!
Dear Friends,
Attain is building Palantir for Main Street Businesses, at 1% of the contract price.
We replaced the forward deployed engineer with a forward deployed agent. It installs on every machine, finds the manual work, and builds the agent that takes it over. Think of these agents as your AI teammate, that removes all the mundane work you despise doing every week.
Our recruiting agent took 78 weeks to build by hand. Our SDR agent (with fda’s help) took 4 weeks to build (20x faster) and booked $750K of pipeline in its first month. Customer results are being replicated with each individual agent we build.
How it started:
Over the past 2 years, Raine (our recruiting agent) has processed 1.1M+ applicants, and placed 100s of people at >50 companies…

Earlier this year, every business owner started telling us the same thing:
I know we need to be using AI more
I don’t know where to start
Attain answers that question! The 5 step process is simple:
1 - install
2 - observe
3 - find/recommend
4 - build
5 - results

It takes 4 weeks, and builds a customer AI teammate (agent) specifically based on your business’ workflows and biggest impacts.

The Daily Stoic
It was a beautiful Saturday morning in Manhattan. The sun was blasting through my West Village window.
And I was in conversation with someone close to me. It was deep, we were covering a lot of ground.
The whole thing circled one question: What do you actually want in life?
It brought me back to a little post I'd written years ago: You can do anything - but you can't do everything…
Earlier that morning The Daily Stoic’s update was the ^^ above quote.
When you're younger, you should say yes to a lot.
Collect experiences
Try things
Stack data points about who you are
But, eventually, you realize that saying yes to everything
Is the same as saying no to what you really want
You can't claim you want one thing;
And then spend your time/have your actions painting a completely different picture.
If you want to manufacture your future, you've got to be ruthless about priorities
Ruthless about alignment
So here's the challenge:
Look at your life through this lens:
- What do you really want?
- Do your actions match it?
Because the small stuff compounds
- Hours become days
- Days become weeks
- Weeks become years
And one day, you'll wake up either in the future you manufactured…
Or the one you drifted into.
You can do anything
But you can't do everything
Choose!
And ruthlessly cut the inessentials.

Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion
Everyone who is a good communicator has read this book and swears by it.
The book itself is pretty beefy, Robert is highly technical, and goes deep with case studies on human interaction and dynamics, so if you want the cliff notes, check them out here: book notes
